CapeCodKidz Announcing the Name the Starfish Finalists!
CapeCodKidz announcing the Name the Starfish Finalists!
Win a prize if visitors vote for the name you picked!
Hey Kid
z! There was a big problem -- the brand-new starfish mascots of CapeCodKidz didn't have names! We couldn't think of names for them so we asked for your help.
Luckily, kids who live on Cape Cod and kids who visit in the summer sent in some great names. There were so many great names to choose from, but we had to narrow it down to five finalists.
So kids, we need your help again! Click here to vote in our poll and pick the mom and baby starfish name you like the best!
Voting will take place now through Saturday, August 15th and the kid with the most votes will be announced on Monday, August 17th, here on the CapeCodKidz site! The winner will get a $25 gift card to Puzzles, Toys and More in Dennis!
These are the finalists:
- Ebony & Florence (or Ebb and Flo) sent in by Emily
- Flip Flop & Chowder sent in by Sinead
- Shine & Twinkle sent in by Olivia
- Mari & Stella sent in by Michael
- Baylee & Squirt sent in by Timothy
To vote, click the link to send us an email with your pre-selected candidate. This will help us keep an honest accounting of votes - your email will not be used for anything else.
Thanks to all the kids who sent in names for our special little starfish:
Katrina, Sophia, Frank, Matt, Izzy, Rebecca, Samantha, Olivia, Grace, Timothy, Maddison, Sean, Kathryn, Sydney, Mark, Emily, Sinead, Breanna, Tommy, Michael, Ariana, Hanna, Norah, Maddie, Kali, Serena, Johannah, Philip, Meg, Rebecca, Jenna, Katelyn, Jenna, Christina,
Bridget, Ashley, Robby and Jimmy!

Wit & Wisdom
The main purpose of holding children’s parties is to remind yourself that there are children more awful than your own.
