Woods Hole Public Library Summer Reading Program announced, June 29-August 15, 2009
Summer Independent Reading Program for young readers up to age 14
The Woods Hole Public Library starts its summer independent reading program for children on June 29. Young readers up to age 14 are encouraged to sign up for the program and get their reading log to keep track of their reading times through the summer.
Every day they record the amount of time they read (at least ½ hour a day) and at the end of the week they can come to the Library to claim their reward, which will consist of a coupon for a treat from one of Woods Hole’s many shops selling sweets.
The program will run until August 15.
For more information, call the Library at 508-548-8961 or check out the website at woodsholepubliclibrary.org. The Library is located at 581 Woods Hole Road.
