Kidz Restaurant Review: The Silver Lounge Restaurant
Warm rolls with dinner means kids will be good!

Carly opted for an easy grilled cheese while her mom and brother split the crab casserole.

The Silver Lounge Restaurant in North Falmouth has a great family atmosphere. When we walked into the dining room, the lights were dimmed and I noticed there were a lot of boat pictures and Navy things on display.
It has a real authentic train car from the Penn Central Railroad in Pennsylvania. Kids will love to have dinner and pretend that they are riding in a real train. They serve warm rolls and butter before dinner, so kids will be good while they wait.
The menu has a variety of sandwiches all day (like BLTs, ham & cheese and turkey) in case you don’t want a big meal. They are famous for their Reubens. The menu also has seafood, steaks and daily specials.
My mother and my brother Cameron split the Maryland Blue Crab casserole with a baked potato and a cup of clam chowder, which was $17.95. My Mom said it was delicious!
My brother really liked the chowder. He said it was creamy and full of clams.
He loves pickles and our waitress was so nice she brought him one even though it didn’t come with his dinner.
I had the grilled cheese sandwich, $3.30, and chose American cheese. It was warm and crispy and the sides were a pickle and chips.
The best part was the dessert. We got the chocolate peanut butter cup pie with whip cream. It was fantastic and was only $4.95.
They are open year-round from 11:30 am to 12:00 am.
